Please follow our photo guidelines. If your images are not good enough quality we will contact you. You can email your images to sales@portrait-my-pets.com for a free image quality check.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change your order.

Yes, we will email you the final version of your portrait before it's printed.

Yes, all orders are sent tracked. If you need a tracking number please contact us and we will provide the tracking details as soon as we can.

We aim to get your artwork finished in 5-7 working days before we ship your order.

Once you have approved your artwork, we then ship your order.

Please note our cut off point for Christmas orders is the 8th of December.

Yes, we send our portraits worldwide. Please contact us if you need a shipping quote for a certain country.

If your order arrives damaged we can send you a replacement free of charge. We need you to take pictures of the damage before we can send your replacement. If you receive the wrong order please contact us as soon as possible and we can get a replacement sent out to you free of charge. 

We email all of our customers a final version of their portrait to approve before we print it. Please make sure you double-check the artwork before approval as we can not offer a refund if you are unhappy with the design.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will accept all refund requests within 24 hours of placing your order. We want all of our customers to be as happy as possible!
